When the program finishes running it will display some additional data, as well as
“Press Any key to continue”.
The additional data displayed may include a line that reads:
"Bad Scans copied to c:\pdtfiles\PTdata\badscan{date/seconds}.csv"
If it does you can review the badcan file to see a list of all scanned data.
A “BAD” column will contain an X for any codes that were scanned but not found in the PO.
The badscan file can be opened with any word processor or Excel.
The iporeceive program does several things:
1. Backs up the poreceiving.csv file. (the data that last came from the scanner).
2. Adds the PT40 counts to any existing counts in the PO file.
3. Produces a badscan file if scanned items were not found on the PO.
